b) We do not accept returns and/or exchanges unless we have sent the wrong order to you. If there is any difference in quality or order, please contact us immediately to solve the problem.

e) Requests sent after working hours will not be accepted until the next working day.
f) We will not provide refunds for any orders made wrong. Please check your order carefully before checking out.
g) We are not certified for halal, but we strictly do not use any pork or lard ingredients in any cake or dessert. We only use fish gelatin in cakes.
h) According to the company’s policy, we do not accept any message requests containing any cuss words related to our brand.
